I am Yours, O Lord.
In turbulent times, O Lord, you are my peace,
Help me to remember you calmed the Sea of Galilee.
When my labor seems in vain, O Lord, you are my reward,
Help me to remember that you hold my future secured.
When my flesh aches, O Lord, you are my strength,
Help me to remember that by your stripes I am healed.
When I lose and lack, O Lord, you are my wealth,
Help me to remember that you gave it all for my all.
When loneliness pinches, O Lord, you are beside me,
Help me to remember you died alone for my holy companionship.
When the world hurts, O Lord, you are my shield,
Help me to remember that you forgave transgressions at Golgotha.
When temptations lure, O Lord, you are my refuge,
Help me to remember that you overcame sins by righteousness.
When I pray, O Lord, you be my voice,
Help me to remember not my will but yours be done.
When I minister, O Lord, you are my wisdom,
Help me to remember that your word revives.
When all is well, O Lord, you are my portion,
Help me to remember that your grace in enough for me.
Help me to remember you calmed the Sea of Galilee.
